Introspective
Hypnosis
Introspective Hypnosis, developed by Aurelio Mejia, is a therapeutic method that integrates various techniques, such as Forgiveness Therapy, Role Change, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Past Life Regression, Soul Entrapment, Soul Fragmentation, Regression to the Womb, and Spirit Releasement. This approach aims to uncover and address the root causes of psychosomatic symptoms by accessing the subconscious mind and releasing repressed emotions.
Our subconscious mind often stores repressed emotions as a protective measure until we are ready to confront them. If these unresolved issues are ignored, they can manifest as physical symptoms like tension, headaches, cancer, tumours, depression, or other ailments. During the introspective hypnosis session, these issues are identified and addressed, regardless of whether their origins are in this life or a past one.
Preparing for
Your Session
To ensure the best experience, set up your device and environment properly before your session:
Device Setup: Use a laptop or tablet (avoid using a phone). Position it securely so that your entire face and upper chest are visible while you’re lying down. Keep your device plugged in to prevent battery issues.
Lighting & Camera Angle: Ensure good lighting so your face is clearly visible. Adjust the camera to capture you comfortably without needing frequent adjustments.
Audio & Internet: Use a headset with a microphone positioned close to your mouth for clear communication. Check your sound settings and test your equipment in advance. A fast, stable internet connection is essential.
Distraction-Free Space: Choose a quiet, private location where you can relax and speak freely without interruptions.
Recommendations
Avoid consuming alcohol or any other form of intoxicants as they interfere with connecting to your emotions. Prescribed medications should not be stopped, but be aware that antidepressants may affect your ability to enter a hypnotic trance.
Get a good night’s sleep before your session to stay alert and focused.
Eat something light before your session, which can last between 2 to 3 hours, and drink plenty of water. Your session will not be disturbed if you need to use the restroom; in fact, each time you go in and out of hypnosis, you tend to go deeper.
Drink plenty of water and eat something afterward to ground yourself. Processing everything that happened during the session may take time, especially since we are working in the Quantum Realm, where significant experiences can occur quickly. Remember that your soul continues to heal after session, and pay attention to synchronicities.
