Welcome to Hypnotherapy by Olena. I am Olena, a certified hypnotherapist passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges, heal emotional wounds, and discover their true potential.

With decades of experience and a deep commitment to personal growth and healing, I have dedicated my life to exploring therapeutic modalities that transform lives. My journey has taken me across the globe to study with some of the world’s most renowned teachers in hypnotherapy, healing, and spirituality.

I specialize in Introspective Hypnosis, a powerful modality I studied under Antonio Sangio. Antonio holds extensive credentials, including training in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy from Dolores Cannon and Clinical Hypnosis Certification from Aurelio Mejía, the Colombian hypnotherapist and founder of the Introspective Hypnosis Technique. He is also certified in Life Between Lives therapy from The Newton Institute and Past Life Therapy from Dr. José Luis Cabouli.

Additionally, I have had the privilege of being mentored by Alba Weinman, a QHHT practitioner and certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. Both Antonio Sangio and Alba Weinman are published authors and exceptional teachers who have significantly influenced my work.
